Our IT department assists the wider office with technical queries and builds systems and platforms required for the successful maintenance and evolution of the business.

We are looking to add a Graduate IT Desktop Support Engineer to this busy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in providing a first point of contact for colleagues through our helpdesk ticketing system, Freshservice.
  • Providing technical assistance to users with desktop/laptop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Providing colleagues with general remote support.
