Objective Of Role
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our International Team, with a focus on supporting our work across Asia Pacific and the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to gain first‑hand experience in the financial and related professional services (FRPS) industry, working at the intersection of business, policy and international engagement.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the Asia Pacific and US leads, including preparing agendas, note‑taking and follow‑up for meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of briefings for the Chairs of committees, the CEO and others, ensuring content is accurate, timely and aligned with organisational priorities.
- Support the planning and coordination of inward and outward delegations, including logistics, stakeholder engagement and briefing materials.
- Contribute to the delivery of international events, meetings and roundtables, ensuring professional and seamless execution.
- Undertake desk research and produce written materials to support policy work, engagement strategies and international initiatives.
- Provide flexible support to the wider International Team, assisting with ad‑hoc projects and other responsibilities as required.

Person Specification
- An interest in international affairs, financial and professional services, and global business environments.
- Minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent in a related subject area.
