We're looking for driven, energetic graduates to join our Graduate Development Programme - an 18-month journey designed to fast track your development and set you up for long-term success across a range of business functions.

Based in the South West, you'll rotate through key areas of our business gaining hands-on experience, expert training, and real responsibility from day one. You'll learn how our industry works, how our customers think, and how each function contributes to delivering the service and expertise that sets GAP apart. You will be required to spend some time in our Glasgow head office. By the end of the programme, you won't just understand our business, you'll be ready to make an impact. You'll know how to build strong relationships, solve problems, support commercial decisions, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Rotating across Operations, Commercial and Sales to build a deep understanding of how the business works
