As a Graduate CX Project Manager at Sage, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey across the Finance and ERP Division. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with teams from marketing, product development, operations, and IT to ensure seamless execution of customer experience improvement projects. Your mission will be to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be eligible, you’ll need to be a Graduate, but we’re open to different degree disciplines. The following skills will also help you thrive in the role:
  • Great organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Data-driven, able to use data to provide insights.
  • Understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimistic approach to problem-solving and a passion for learning.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is ideally preferred.
