What you could do as a Graduate Consultant:
- Business Analyst (Digital / Cyber / Transformation) β Investigate and analyse business needs, define requirements, identify improvement opportunities and ensure solutions align with business objectives across people, processes and technology.
- Project Manager / PMO Analyst β Support planning, governance, RAID management, delivery tracking and stakeholder communication to ensure projects run smoothly and achieve outcomes.
- Product / Change Analyst β Help shape product vision, roadmaps and feature prioritisation while translating customer and business needs into actionable outcomes.
- Data Analyst β Turn data into insight through analysis, dashboards and visualisations. Communicate findings clearly to influence decisions.
- Data Engineer β Design and maintain data pipelines, integrate data sources and support cloud-based data solutions that enable scalable insight.
- Information Security / Cyber Analyst β Support security controls, threat monitoring, incident response and best practice governance to keep organisations secure.
- DevOps / Technology Analyst β Improve deployment processes and support automated, reliable delivery through modern digital tools and ways of working.

- Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
- Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week
