We are seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our progressive, award-winning Civil and Structural Engineering team in our Gloucester office as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will collaborate within a creative, interdisciplinary environment and benefit from strong support from technical colleagues and senior staff within our open, collaborative culture. Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to concept and scheme design, modelling, detailed design, specifications and drawings.
- Prepare reports, providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams.
- Undertake STEM engagement activities.
- Liaise with internal and external team members, developing relationships and people skills.
- Manage your own workload to meet project deadlines.
- Engage with the wider Civil & Structural division, Technical Leadership Team and Carbon Task Force to share best practice and support ongoing initiatives.
- Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes and distribute actions.
- Attend and contribute to project team meetings.
- Visit sites to undertake inspections and walkovers.
- Develop commercial awareness by assisting with preparation of proposals and tenders.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering.
