About The Role
This is a graduate role for someone smart, curious, and excited to jump in, learn fast, and make a real impact.
As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations — making sure every order is delivered on time and every customer is happy.
What You'll Do
- Own the Daily Operation – Be the person who keeps things moving.
Work closely with warehouses, couriers, and the internal team to ensure orders go out on time, escalations are handled quickly, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build with Data – Spot patterns in issues, track KPIs, and turn raw operational data into clear recommendations.
You'll be comfortable pulling together reports, building dashboards, and using data to drive better decisions — not just describing problems, but diagnosing them.
- Augment with AI – You'll actively use AI tools (we use Claude heavily) to make yourself and the team more effective — whether that’s drafting communications, summarizing data, building workflows, or finding faster ways to do recurring tasks.
We want someone who sees AI as a genuine force multiplier.
- Represent Our Sellers – Our customers are e-commerce sellers who depend on us to get things right.
You'll be their advocate internally — making sure their experience is always front of mind, especially when things don't go to plan.
Clear, warm, confident communication is non‑negotiable.
- Go Deep on the Ground – Visit fulfillment centers across the UK to understand how things actually work — from the packing bench to the loading bay.
The best process improvements come from seeing the operation first‑hand.
Requirements
- AI-native mindset: you already use AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) regularly in your work or studies, and you're excited to go deeper.
- Analytically strong: comfortable with data, whether that's Excel, SQL, a BI tool, or just clear logical thinking from a spreadsheet.
- Exceptional communicator: clear, warm, and confident whether you're talking to a warehouse manager or a founder.
- High ownership: you don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs doing and you do it.
- Comfortable with travel to UK fulfillment sites (expenses covered).
- You bring great energy — someone people enjoy working with.
Benefits
- Join a high-profile startup that is scaling fast.
- Have the ability to shape your role and the company.
- Experience a workplace that is entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, solution‑focused, disciplined, team-oriented, and fun.
- Flexible working to support families and varying needs. The team is fully remote and meets in person regularly.
