Our two-year rotational programme is designed to accelerate your career and develop our leaders of tomorrow. You’ll undertake three placements where you will be immersed into real life jobs, providing the perfect stepping stone into your permanent role and long-term career within Spirax Group. One of these placements will be fully funded, in a country of your choice!
Whether your passion lies in commercial or in manufacturing excellence, you’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse business areas, working on real-world challenges that impact our customers, whilst staying at the forefront of digitisation and sustainable solutions. Through solution selling and innovating, our customers are our key focus and will become yours.
We’re looking for ambitious graduates with a minimum 2:2 honours (or equivalent) in a degree related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths or Business and eligibility to work in the UK by the start of your employment. You will be eager to grow, learn, and eventually lead. You’ll be supported by a great network of mentors, peers, and leaders, all committed to your success.

Program Details
The programme will start in October 2026 and you will be based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire for your first placement which we arrange for you. Whilst offering a hybrid work pattern, we highly value the importance of learning through networking and collaboration. As you progress through the programme, you may need to relocate to one of our other UK sites, depending on where your choice of placement is based. Remember, one of your placements is in an international location!
