Croudace Homes is seeking an FP&A Graduate to join our Finance team at the Caterham head office, reporting to the FP&A Manager. The role provides analytical support to improve financial reporting quality and timeliness, while helping build a talent pipeline for the business.
You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and the development of financial models, working across the finance function and broader business to drive informed decision-making.
