Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line application support to end users
- Support Accounts Payable in coordination with the AP team
- Process employee expense claims weekly, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Record supplier invoices accurately in Oracle Accounts Payable
- Set up new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records in Oracle AP
- Prepare and execute manual payments via Bankline (UK and international)
- Monitor the AP Finance mailbox and file invoices appropriately
- Respond quickly and professionally to supplier and staff queries related to accounts payable
- Prepare and post monthly accruals for expenses at month end
- Compile monthly expense reports for facilities, HR, and travel business lines
- Generate weekly cash transaction reports to support cash flow monitoring
- Prepare monthly approved payments report
- Conduct monthly revenue control checks
- Perform intercompany reconciliation between Amundi UK Limited and Amundi IT Services London Branch
- Assist with group‑level intercompany reconciliations
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for expense accounts, aligning with Oracle general ledger
- Support maintenance and updating of internal procedure documentation
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake other ad‑hoc tasks and projects as required by the UK Finance team
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience studying or working in investment or financial sector
- Proven ability to work effectively across multiple finance functions
- University graduate in accounting or finance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Highly organised with excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Team‑spirit and strong coordination with other finance team members
