We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our fast-paced London Design Office for a 12-month paid internship, who is excited about the fashion space and willing to support across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Sample Management
    • Checking in samples for fits.
    • Steaming samples for fits.
    • Organizing the samples on rails per collection & designer.
    • Ensuring the sample rails are professionally presented at all times, particularly when presenting to senior leadership.
    • Boxing up old samples to return to factories.
  • PR Assisting
    • Setting up the showroom (unpack, hang and steam samples).
    • Greeting guests when they arrive for appointments and offering refreshments.
    • Dressing and styling models during photoshoots.
    • Maintaining a tidy showroom space.
    • Remaining on hand during showroom appointments to assist the PR team.
  • Design Assisting
    • Supporting the design assistant to create the board line ups per drop.
    • Sending for prices on fabric hangers & helping organize the fabric library.
  • Office Admin
    • Arranging post, sending & receiving.
    • Collecting external visitors for meetings in the office.

Skills And Experience

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • Fashion or design graduate, entry level.
  • Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic and with a can-do attitude.
  • Interested in fashion with strong presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player.
  • Highly organised.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Well-spoken English is essential.
  • Fast-paced and quick learner.
