The role: Research and Development Future Leader Programme. In this role you will be part of Unilever’s research and development function, creating sustainable products that impact consumers worldwide. The position is part of a three‑year, multiple‑placement development programme that builds leadership skills through live projects and exposure to cross‑functional teams.
Programme Overview: Over three years with at least four placements, you will work on live projects across R&D areas such as technology, formulation, packaging and consumer insights. You will collaborate with teams in beauty, wellbeing, personal care and home care, gaining experience in both technical and commercial aspects. The programme starts September 2027.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities: Every day you will understand consumer needs, develop science and technology to bring innovations to life, and help make products more desirable, inclusive, efficacious and kinder to the planet.
