What You’ll Do

  • Join Henkel as an Account Based Marketing Digital Sales Graduate. You will utilize digital tools and a variety of 1st and 3rd party data sources to map and analyse key stakeholder networks of large accounts.
  • Be the pivotal “right‑hand” of the Global Key Account Managers and support with all day‑to‑day activities.
  • Respond to real‑time account & prospect intelligence to build relationships.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn tools as a key enabler for prospecting.
  • Utilize marketing automation and campaign management tools for customer journeys and paid social.
  • Report out on key metrics using deep analytics on the vertical and account strategic campaigns.
  • You will work cross‑functionally and be the key connection between the Marketing & Sales teams.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from Business, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • You are fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Desire to learn more about the ever‑growing practice of Account‑Based marketing (ABM).
  • Digitally savvy.
  • Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills and eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
