Engineering (Manufacturing) Graduate Role 2026 — London Plant (West Thurrock). Join a world-class manufacturing environment with strong training and development to progress to leadership. From raw materials to finished products, our production facility combines innovation with execution. Engineers and plant technicians work to maintain efficiency, uphold safety, and ensure product quality, contributing to iconic brands such as Fairy, Bold and Ariel.

The site is well-connected to London, with convenient access from Chafford Hundred and Grays mainline stations (C2C) and several bus routes. On-site amenities include free parking, a subsidized restaurant, on-site gym, occupational health support, and local events.

What To Expect

  • Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters.
  • Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through improvements to processes or work systems.
  • Own critical Daily Management Systems and be entrusted to own these systems and processes from the start.
  • Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants, contributing to a wider Product Supply organisation and collaborating across regions.

Manufacturing Career Academy

The Manufacturing Career Academy is the final step in our application process, a challenging learning course that develops business and critical thinking, networking and teamwork in real business situations. You will work on a real brand case study and present to a board of directors, followed by a final interview. The Academy will be held in person at our London plant in West Thurrock, Essex on 3rd-4th December 2025. All attendance costs are covered by P&G.

What We Look For

  • University students who will complete their degree by Summer 2026 in any Engineering discipline; applications from graduates are also welcome.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
  • Strong grounding in engineering principles, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.

For entry-level technical roles, a continuous or temporary right to work in the UK is required.
