You’ll join the Digital Design Team within the East Midlands Specialist Learning & Development Hub (EMSLDH) on a 12-month placement based at Force Headquarters.
Skills
- You’ll gather data and use your analytical skills to provide detailed reports to senior stakeholders and produce KPIs.
- As part of the team, you’ll support the design and development of dashboards.
- Throughout the placement, you’ll receive guidance and support to build valuable, in-demand analytical skills, including:
- Creating Power BI dashboards using data from a variety of sources
- Producing reports identifying compliance to inform learning and development planning
- Responding to a wide range of freedom of information requests
- Identifying, gathering and reporting on relevant data
You Must Have
- Ability to collect data and use analytical skills to interpret into graphical, verbal and written formats.
- Experience preparing and presenting high-quality complex reports.
- A logical, coherent and consistent approach to problem solving.
