This year we are offering two fantastic Summer Placement programmes which will commence from 15 June 2026 and last for 7 weeks in our Edinburgh and Glasgow Offices. We will be offering our rotational Summer Internship programme which gives you the opportunity to experience a host of our departments, in addition to an Audit specific internship where you will spend the duration of the Internship with the Audit team.

About The Role
Over the 7-week period, you will either spend time with our growing Audit department, or rotating around some of our departments, including: Accounts & Business Advisory; Audit Assurance; Corporate Tax; and Personal Tax. This internship gives you the chance to either experience what it's like working in Audit or rotate across different departments, helping you to figure out which 2026/27 graduate role would be right for you once you finish your studies.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Direct involvement in client work in the relevant departments and attendance at client sites.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Learn how to carry out the day-to-day work of a Graduate Associate in our departments.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about the accounting industry.
- General administration.
- Over the 7-weeks, you'll also work with your fellow placement students on a group project that will be presented to members of the Senior Leadership / Partnership Team.
About You
If you are:
- An undergraduate who is in their penultimate year on track to pass your degree, in any subject.
- Interested in a career in accounting, taxation or auditing.
- An excellent communicator – both written and verbal.
- Attentive to detail.
- Tenacious and able to see tasks to completion.
- Curious and use your initiative to solve problems.
- Resilient and can work well in a busy team.
- Highly IT literate (Microsoft Office in particular).
