Popeyes has landed in Belfast and is coming to Dublin, and we are on the hunt for an HR Graduate to support our exciting growth across Ireland. We’re keen to take on someone with a can‑do attitude, who is keen to learn and happy to be on the ground with our teams, supporting our restaurants as we continue to grow.

As the HR Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting Popeyes’ expansion across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, helping to drive the successful launch and growth of our brand while ensuring strong people practices are in place across our restaurants. You’ll work closely with Operations and restaurant leaders, building strong relationships across the business and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Support restaurant leaders and Operations teams with day‑to‑day people matters across our restaurants
  • Build strong relationships with teams on the ground, providing practical and proactive HR support
  • Help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, team engagement and development activity
  • Support employee relations cases, with guidance from the wider People team
  • Work closely with Learning & Development to help identify opportunities to grow capability across our teams
  • Use people data and insight to spot trends and support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent HR graduate or someone with some experience in a People/HR role
  • A genuine passion for people and a willingness to learn
  • A positive, hands‑on approach and confidence working closely with operational teams
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • CIPD qualification, or working towards it, would be an advantage
