About The Graduate Programme Our three‑year ACA Audit Graduate Programme gives you the perfect balance of structured learning, professional qualification, and hands‑on experience.
You’ll train to become a Chartered Accountant (ACA) while working directly with clients – from dynamic start‑ups to established corporations – to understand their operations, analyse their performance, and ensure financial transparency.
Expect real responsibility early on. You’ll be out on‑site, working in teams, using data to solve problems, and learning to see the bigger business picture. Every day will challenge you to think critically, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively.
