Join our Digital Audit team to be part of the future of audit, working with technology specialists to solve complex client challenges using cutting-edge AI and digital tools.
You’ll work on developing bespoke digital services or analytics applications used tens of thousands of times each month. If you’re excited by innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to shape the digital landscape.
At Grant Thornton we’re looking for actively curious, purposefully driven, and candid but kind individuals who want to shape the future of business.
Programme and study
Our three-year audit graduate programme is your launchpad to a meaningful career, a professional qualification, and a real impact on UK businesses.
What you’ll do
We’ll teach you by doing, with plenty of support along the way.
- Hands-on coding, developing and improving audit software solutions used across projects, ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance with auditing standards.
- Engage with data analytics, AI and machine learning to create dynamic audit solutions.
- Take early ownership of coding tasks contributing to larger audit projects, delivering impactful results.
- Collaborate with audit teams to provide clients with insightful data analysis and software-driven audit results.
- Develop a diverse skill set with exposure to different audit areas, working with specialists in data, risk and financial reporting.
- Use data and technology to spot trends, identify anomalies and support findings.
- Keep learning by staying up to date with regulations, developing professional judgement, and building relationships with mentors and experts.
- Study with support, with dedicated time and a team behind you as you work towards a professional qualification.
You have the option of studying towards the ACA qualification, a level 6 digital technology solutions apprenticeship or a level 6 data scientist degree apprenticeship. If you have studied something similar before, it may be more appropriate to study towards a Level 7 applied data analytics apprenticeship instead to recognise prior knowledge. We’re open to exploring other qualifications, accreditations or apprenticeships relevant to the role.
