Through hands‑on experience and excellent training, our Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in one of our retail operations in as little as two years. In fact, most of our senior leaders began their careers in this very role – including our current CEO.
From day one, we’ll invest in you. You’ll be in a supportive environment where you’ll take on real responsibilities and gain invaluable hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more.
After a classroom‑based orientation session, you'll be based in one of our branches, gaining hands‑on experience of our operation and learning the many valuable skills you'll need to manage a business. Everything from sales, marketing and account management to coaching, mentoring and leadership skills. The initial training takes around 8 to 12 months, after which you should be ready to move into your next role. We offer endless opportunities for career progression, not just across the UK but internationally too. Whatever you do, we’ll make sure your efforts are always recognised.
