Responsibilities

  • Design, launch and manage international compensation, incentive & benefits programs to enhance team performance, boost employee engagement and retain top talent.
  • Conduct cross‑country/regional compensation & benefits benchmark analysis; develop data‑driven, competitive compensation recommendations aligned with business growth priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Regional HR) to collect compensation/benefits feedback & data; drive continuous optimization of global incentive systems.
  • Monitor end‑to‑end execution of global compensation & benefits policies; conduct regular incentive outcome evaluations, identify gaps and propose actionable improvements to ensure fairness & effectiveness.
  • Support planning & delivery of international compensation & benefits projects (e.g., regional policy rollouts, global reward system upgrades); help elevate the company’s global HR management capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (graduated in 2025) in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Team Collaboration: Good team spirit; able to work closely with members to achieve project goals.
  • Problem Solving: Independent analysis & problem‑solving skills; propose effective solutions for complex compensation issues.
  • Sense of Responsibility: Strong responsibility, meticulous work attitude & ability to work under pressure.
