• What you’ll be doing
• Hospitality Graduate Support
• Assist in the development of hospitality campaigns.
• Support promotion of events across customer and employee channels.
• Develop sales tools to support customer nominations.
• Help manage campaign timelines and track deliverables.
• Assist with internal communications and campaign updates.
• Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Sponsorship Team Support
• Help manage ticketing, hospitality programs, and internal requests.
• Maintain accurate records of campaigns, budgets, and assets.
• Support presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and partners.
• Events & Activations
• Support the planning and delivery of sponsorship activations and events.
• Assist with logistics such as venues, travel arrangements, and materials.
• Play an active role in on‑site event delivery – from set‑up to guest experience.
• Support engagement activities for customers, employees, and partners.
• What we’re looking for
• A recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• A strong interest in marketing, sponsorships, events, or communications.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
• Nice to Have (but Not Essential)
• Experience in social media or content creation.
• Exposure to event planning or marketing projects.
