- What you’ll be doing
- Hospitality Graduate Support
- Assist in the development of hospitality campaigns.
- Support promotion of events across customer and employee channels.
- Develop sales tools to support customer nominations.
- Help manage campaign timelines and track deliverables.
- Assist with internal communications and campaign updates.
- Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Sponsorship Team Support
- Help manage ticketing, hospitality programs, and internal requests.
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, budgets, and assets.
- Support presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and partners.
- Events & Activations
- Support the planning and delivery of sponsorship activations and events.
- Assist with logistics such as venues, travel arrangements, and materials.
- Play an active role in on‑site event delivery – from set‑up to guest experience.
- Support engagement activities for customers, employees, and partners.
- What we’re looking for
- A recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- A strong interest in marketing, sponsorships, events, or communications.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
- Nice to Have (but Not Essential)
- Experience in social media or content creation.
- Exposure to event planning or marketing projects.
