We’re excited to expand our Operations division with Graduate Civil Site Engineers to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2026 intake, based in Coleshill in the Severn Trent Framework working amongst our Site Engineer specialists.

What will you be doing? Working Within The Civil Site Team You Will Be An Integral Part Of The Delivery Of Many Projects By Providing Assistance In The Following:
- Assist with day-to-day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
- Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
- Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets
- Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges
- Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication
