Job Description

Throughout your programme, you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Partner, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

Core Skills

  • Strong creative and articulate writing skills, with the ability to distil and communicate complex or technical information clearly
  • Analytical approach to understanding a broad and diverse customer base, including media landscapes and influence strategies
  • Well‐organised with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn new systems and software packages
  • Genuine interest in PR, social media, and word‐of‐mouth brand campaigns that drive talkability and brand awareness

Qualifications

  • Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026
  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry
  • Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis (the role is not remote)
  • A problem‐solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, basic analysis)
