Job Description
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Management Accountants to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will assist with the completion of month-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. You will also support various ad hoc projects to assess the accounting treatment of transactions, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing information to auditors during quarter and year-end audits, helping to maintain our high standards of financial compliance.

Data and Digital Analysts
Our Data and Digital Analysts could be placed in a number of specialist areas that support the organisation's use of data and technology. These include Data Engineering, Data & BI, Pricing, and Digital teams, each focused on delivering capability and insight within their area. As a graduate, you will join one of these teams and gain hands‐on experience of how data and digital solutions are developed, managed, and applied to support business performance, customer outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to break down problems and work with data or systems.
- Attention to detail, particularly when working with data, calculations, processes, or documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical or data‐led concepts in a simple way.
- Good organisation and time‐management skills, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- A problem‐solving mindset, with curiosity to understand how things work and how they can be improved.
Qualifications
- Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026.
- Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree.
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry.
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; the role is not remote.
- A problem‐solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis); experience with other tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, cloud platforms, or digital products is desirable but not essential.
