Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship 2026

Join Capgemini for a 3‑year degree apprenticeship in partnership with University Sheffield Hallam. You will study part‑time while working full time in our Telford or Worthing office.

Role Overview

You will start in one of the following streams and rotate to develop a broad skill set:

  • Programme Management Office (PMO) Project Analyst – Deliver monitoring, control and management of project finances, resource planning and utilisation, risks, issues, change management and planning.
  • Service Analyst (SA) – Focus on performance and achievement of Service Level Agreements for client services, manage incident, problems, changes, continual improvement and compliance.
  • Business Operation Analyst (BOA) – Support day‑to‑day operational activities including finances, communications, mailbox and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Apply business, analytical, technical, digital and design thinking to deliver outcomes.
  • Work with technical teams and knowledge partners to deliver effective and innovative solutions.
  • Use ownership, creative problem solving and continuous improvement to influence business and operational outcomes.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • 7 GCSEs, including Maths and English grades 4‑9.
  • Plus one of the following: 3 A*-C at A‑level (AS Levels excluded), Completed Advanced Apprenticeship, BTEC (Pass, Pass, Distinction minimum).
  • Secure SC clearance (or BPSS / SVT as required).
  • Based in Telford or Worthing, 3 days a week office attendance.
