We are recruiting Landscape Architecture Graduates across the Midlands, Southwest, and Wales. The roles support integrated landscape and public realm projects, including coastal defence schemes, water projects focused on flood resilience, Green and Blue Infrastructure, and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
Positions are open to our Birmingham, Bristol, and Cardiff offices and operate on a hybrid working model.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree and/or postgraduate diploma or MA in Landscape Architecture, or a related subject such as Architecture, Geography or Environmental Science, demonstrating how your skills equip you for this role.
- Confidence designing landscapes from the wide strategic scale down to planting schemes and construction detailing.
- Understanding of Landscape Architecture as a broad discipline spanning design, management and planning.
- Exceptional design skills: building and analysing baseline information, visioning and feasibility studies, concept design development, report writing, layout, and technical awareness in the detail design of landscape and public realm.
- A genuine enthusiasm for promoting landscape as an integrative profession using a systems approach to shape a better world for people and nature in balance.
Technical Proficiency
- Tools: Hand sketching, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT, Rhino, ArcGIS, MS Office.
