Dalata Hotel Group operates over 50 hotels across Ireland, the UK, and continental Europe. We are on a mission to find dynamic and ambitious graduates for our September 2026 intake in Dublin, Manchester, and Cambridge. This role is a Rooms Revenue Graduate within the London Cluster, focusing on the essential Revenue/Reservations activities in the Front Office and Reservations Departments. You’ll dive into the essentials of the Guest Booking Journey and master the key service touchpoints along the way. Working with the Reservations/Revenue Manager, you’ll gain insights into your property’s booking channels, business mix, commercial strategies, and Room Key Performance Indicators.
Responsibilities
- Participate in an 18-month training programme designed to develop skills across Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue.
- Engage in hands-on experience through on-the-job assignments, group development days, and personal courses.
- Collaborate with team members to understand and optimize the guest booking journey and revenue performance.
- Contribute to structured projects that provide real-world insights and validate learning.
- Prepare for progression into executive or management roles within Dalata hotels.
