Training and Development
- Full‑time Academy training delivered remotely, paid from day one, followed by on‑site client assignments.
- Continuous learning opportunities and potential qualifications across business analyst, project manager, PMO, Scrum Master, and product owner roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in navigating the rapidly evolving business landscape, identify and solve complex problems, assess business needs, and provide strategic guidance on technology solutions.
- Participate in real‑world client projects across a variety of industries, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, systems, and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- 6‑12 months of transferable experience in business, analytics, or project support.
- Openness to learning and a growth mindset.
- Right to work in the UK from the start date of employment.
