We are currently seeking a PR intern to join our Press Office in London, reporting into the Communications Manager. This is a work placement which will start in June 2026 and end in June 2027. To qualify you must be a student accredited to a university and doing the placement as part of the degree.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Communications Officer with sample management and stock control, maintaining accurate sample databases for the UK market.
- Review and manage all editorial coverage in print and online across different regions under the supervision of the Communications Officer.
- Support general Communications team activities relating to the UK market.
- Collate and format all press clippings (print and online) and report missing items to the Press Officer.
- Handle daily press relations, including image requests, credit and price requests from UK & Franchise magazines, and chasing stock.
- Manage database updates using Fashion GPS, ensuring accuracy across all UK markets.
- Assist with monitoring competitor events, social media, digital and branding activity.
- Support the Communications Officer in organising press days and other events, including office orders, stationery, packaging, printer equipment, flowers and press gifts.
- Perform additional duties as required within the defined level of responsibility.
Qualifications
- Must be a student accredited to a university and doing the placement as part of the degree.
- Fluent English speaker; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Efficiency using Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS and Fashion Monitor.
- Ability to commit to a 6‑month or 12‑month internship.
- Previous internship experience in a luxury company.
- Good understanding of luxury industry trends and collections.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Social media savvy.
