Our Graduate Construction Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Site Managers, Project Managers & Construction Directors or anyone with an interest in project management, construction technology and quality. The pathway exposes you to key areas of the business to develop you into a solid all‑rounder within the construction field. The pathway includes rotations within the following areas: Construction, Health & Safety, Technical, Development, Commercial, Customer Service, and Construction. Starting from September 2026, you’ll rotate through all these areas over an 18‑month programme, starting and finishing within the Construction department. During the final rotation, transition talks are held with the possible opportunity to join the Build team after rotations are completed. Graduates on our Construction pathway are based at one of our sites, the site for this role will be within 1 hour of our Birmingham office. Please note that site locations are subject to change. What we are looking for
All we ask is that you have a relevant degree at 2:2 or above and, due to the nature of the position, there will be some travel required, so you must hold a valid driver’s license. - Follow the Construction Pathway, completing all rotations to the best of your ability and meeting the targets set by each rotational supervisor.
- Take all learning opportunities through the programme to further develop and challenge yourself.
- Integrate into each team you work with, supporting them to achieve their goals and establishing meaningful, long‑lasting professional relationships.
- Absorb knowledge, expertise and advice throughout rotations; ask questions and probe to develop your understanding.
- Contribute to continuous development within Vistry by participating in key business initiatives, projects and launches, offering ideas where opportunities are identified.
- Be an active member of the Vistry Graduate community, supporting peers, attending quarterly Graduate meetings, masterclasses and professional development opportunities.
