Constellation Automotive Group – 18-month Graduate Leadership Programme
Location: National/Hybrid – you will hold a full UK driving license and be happy to travel with overnight stays as required

What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2:1 degree, or predicted if graduating in 2026
- Have permission to work in the UK by the start of your employment
- Hold a full driving license - placements will take place in locations across the UK, from Bridgwater to Edinburgh, so you’ll need to be comfortable with travel and frequent overnight stays
- A tenacious, proactive, and resilient aspiring leader who can learn to navigate the fast-paced and ever-changing automotive industry
- A great communicator, who builds relationships with stakeholders and can collaborate with and influence others, ideally with demonstrable skills from customer-focused work experience
- A strategic thinker and problem solver, who is also ready to pitch in and get hands-on when required
