Constellation Automotive Group – 18-month Graduate Leadership Programme

Location: National/Hybrid – you will hold a full UK driving license and be happy to travel with overnight stays as required

Salary of £33,000

Company car scheme and fuel card (or £2000 annual car allowance)

25 days of holiday plus bank holidays

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2:1 degree, or predicted if graduating in 2026
  • Have permission to work in the UK by the start of your employment
  • Hold a full driving license - placements will take place in locations across the UK, from Bridgwater to Edinburgh, so you’ll need to be comfortable with travel and frequent overnight stays
  • A tenacious, proactive, and resilient aspiring leader who can learn to navigate the fast-paced and ever-changing automotive industry
  • A great communicator, who builds relationships with stakeholders and can collaborate with and influence others, ideally with demonstrable skills from customer-focused work experience
  • A strategic thinker and problem solver, who is also ready to pitch in and get hands-on when required
