We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager (graduate level) to join our Operations team in the Midlands. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience delivering complex construction projects while developing the skills required to become a future site leader.
What You’ll Do
- Support the management of daily site operations.
- Assist with programme monitoring and coordination of trades.
- Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with company procedures.
- Assist with quality inspections and site reporting.
- Support communication between site teams, subcontractors and project management.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Construction Management, Building Studies or similar.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
