This individualized attention supports our clients\’ unique goals and helps build, preserve and manage their wealth over time.
As an Advisor Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank, you will work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with our teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals
- Partner with client advisors, bankers, global investment specialists and estate experts to help recommend investment and wealth management solutions that protect, manage and grow our clients\’ portfolios
- Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, develop products and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team
- Gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
- Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network.
- Support the business by carrying out activities in line with a front-office, client-facing pipeline positions: advising on financial strategies, building investment portfolios, carrying out research and analytics.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- Highly driven person who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Highly inquisitive, focused and considerate
- Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
- An expected graduation date of December 2025 to June 2026
