Program Overview
The Explore BDO Insight Programme is an opportunity to gain new skills, meet inspiring people, and take your first steps towards a meaningful career as a school leaver. Two days of interactive sessions, career insights, network building and potential fast‑track to the next stage of BDO’s hiring process.
Eligibility
- Be in Year 12 or 13, studying at a UK State School.
- Meet social mobility criteria and have a predicted three A‑levels or equivalent at grades A*–C (excluding General Studies and Extended Projects).
- Have GCSE/Scottish Standard Maths and English grades 9–4 (or equivalent).
- Hold the right to work in the UK at the start date (no visa sponsorship).
- Social mobility consideration: main household earner works in technical/craft, routine or long‑term unemployed categories as listed.
Program Dates: travel expenses may be supported.
