We provide a broad range of business change implementation assistance and business assurance services across the Financial Services industry, delivering insight, problem-solving skills and innovative thinking. We help our clients improve their overall Governance environment and meet regulatory responsibilities through services such as Benchmarking, GIPS, Internal Audit and CASS.
We have a clear view of the digital transformation taking place across the Financial Services industry. We lead our clients through this digital journey to retain competitive advantage, keep on top of industry developments and meet the ever-increasing stakeholder expectations.
We have made significant investments in a range of data analytics tools and capabilities including Process Mining, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
What you will be doing
- Working within a team at client sites, the organisation and remotely you will understand the challenges our clients face and help them to effectively address them.
- You\’ll be provided with the structured learning, development and coaching needed to accelerate your career.
- Working with a wide range of clients, across varied levels and industries.
- Developing an understanding of Risks and Controls and how the management of these are crucial for our clients.
- Providing assurance and advice over many areas of our clients\’ businesses including operational and regulatory assurance.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, and the regulatory landscape in which our clients operate.
Requirements
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don\’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
