You'll work with vulnerable young people, one at a time, on their terms - none of the teaching-at-scale trade-off, less admin, just one person and the part of teaching you care about. We're recruiting experienced SEND tutors across County Durham, £28 - £35 per hour, for one-to-one tuition with children and young people who've fallen out of mainstream education, or never been properly served by it. What you get Flexible schedule: Part-time or full-time, around your other commitments. You set your hours and choose your placements. Work from home: Planning, prep, and reporting from home; hybrid placements available alongside in-person delivery. Tes CPD access: Unlimited use of the Tes professional development library, plus our own SEMH-focused CPD courses.
