We are working with Schools and Local Authorities in your area and are looking for Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers like you to transform the lives of Young People with SEND and SEMH needs near you!

Multiple positions are available, hiring is ongoing, and interviews are being scheduled on a rolling basis. We will contact you regarding tuition within 15 miles of your current address or a designated location and/or within 45 minutes of the postcode you provide.

We are on a mission to radically raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH needs (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). We are passionate about supporting children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).

We are looking for SEND Tutors and Teachers with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.   • 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way

  • Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)

  • Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment The SEND Tutor and Teacher role and responsibilities:

  • Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, including SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other Additional Educational Needs

  • Support students referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring

  • Complete lesson reports and provide regular feedback on student progress Applying:

SEND Tutor and Teacher employment status:

  • This position involves engaging with us as a Worker, via temporary and fixed term contracts as and when they arise

  • Ex-Teacher Other highly relevant roles from therapeutic and learning support background include:

  • Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Teaching Assistant (TA)

  • Educational Therapist

  • Speech and Language Therapist (SALT)

  • Educational Psychologist (EP)
