You can be the teacher who plans around the learner, not a scheme of work - the teacher a vulnerable young person actually needs. None of the teaching-at-scale trade-off, less admin, just one person and the part of teaching you care about. We're recruiting experienced SEND teachers across Cheshire, £28 - £35 per hour, for one-to-one work with children and young people who haven't been served by mainstream provision. What you get Flexible schedule: Part-time or full-time, around your other commitments. You set your hours and choose your placements.
