Mission
A role with purpose: Join a child-centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people for the better. Support pupils and students ranging from KS1 – KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
- Work with Schools and Local Authorities to support Core Subjects (Maths, English, or Science)
- SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
Experience
- 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
- Experience with special education needs and disabilities (SEND) and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
