SEN / SEND Tutors are needed in Warwickshire to support young people with SEND, SEMH and other Additional Educational Needs. We are on a mission to transform the quality of education for vulnerable learners. Multiple positions are available and hiring is ongoing.

The SEN / SEND Tutor Role
Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD/SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs referred by local authorities and schools. Your role will be to support them via flexible, holistic, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plan each session of teaching, tutoring or mentoring
- Deliver holistic and engaging sessions that meet learning and social‑emotional needs
- Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on progress
Requirements
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Experience working with young people who have SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or other Additional Educational Needs
- Knowledge of safeguarding processes
- Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
- Two professional references
- Based in the UK with the right to work (even for remote assignments)
It is a strict requirement that you promote the health, safety and wellbeing of children and young people and follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
Employment Status
This position involves engaging with us as a Worker on short‑term engagements. You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE. We do not offer set amounts of work or expense coverage. Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
