Targeted Provision is seeking Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers to support young learners with SEND and SEMH needs across the UK.

Role Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way
- Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
- Compliance: Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed) and 2+ professional references
- Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote / online jobs
- Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
Responsibilities
- Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs, including MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
- Support pupils and students, ranging from KS1‑KS5 (as appropriate for your skills), referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring
- Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
- Work as part of a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND and other needs such as SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD
