We're recruiting experienced SEND teachers across
West Midlands, £28 - £35 per hour, for one-to-one work with children and young people who haven't been served by mainstream provision.

Day to day
You'll teach one-to-one in English, Maths, or Science to children and young people aged 5 to 18, referred by Local Authorities and schools.
Sessions are typically 1 to 2 hours, in-person; often in the home, sometimes in school, occasionally hybrid.
Most of your learners will have SEMH, ADHD, ASC, MLD, SLD, or other SEND needs; many have been out of school for some time.
You'll plan around the learner, not a scheme of work.
Per-session reports supported by templates and your Specialist.
You'll need
Experience:
At least 2 years' teaching experience with SEMH, ADHD, ASC, MLD, SLD, or other SEND needs.
Qualification:
QTS or QTLS, or a directly equivalent specialist teaching qualification.
Subjects:
Confidence teaching English, Maths, or Science at one or more Key Stages.
Compliance:
Enhanced DBS (we can help arrange this) and two professional references.
Right to work:
UK-based with right to work in the UK.
