We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Functional Consultant to bring deep functional expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on configuration experience to our dynamic team. In this key role, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology, leveraging your knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management to deliver impactful solutions across the enterprise. From leading functional design and solution architecture to resolving complex incidents and mentoring team members, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and leadership on leveraging SAP EWM capabilities to business stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analyzing, and implementing SAP solutions, including documenting business requirements, analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and configuring SAP accordingly.
- Develop end-to-end solutions for projects, including blueprints, gap analysis, functional specifications, and testing.
- Support incident and request processes, ensuring timely resolution based on priority.
- Investigate technical issues using trace/debugging tools to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Qualifications:
- Strong SAP EWM configuration and testing skills, preferably including Transportation Management (TM).
- Proven thought leadership in SAP EWM.
- Analytical skills, technical knowledge, and proficiency in SAP EWM modules.
- Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
- Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications and collaborate with teams.
