Your Mission
As our Product Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping the future of Target’s core product areas: Arrears, Customer Lifecycle, and Payments. You’ll own the strategic roadmap, guide product evolution, and ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, scalable — and irresistibly compelling to our clients. You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting bids and sales, designing commercially strong, customer‑centric solutions that set us apart in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading & developing a high‑performing Product Team
- Owning the end‑to‑end strategic product roadmap
- Spotting industry trends and translating them into product opportunities
- Working closely with Product Owners to deliver against roadmap priorities
- Partnering with Bid, Sales and Solutions teams to shape winning propositions
- Representing the customer — ensuring meaningful value and strong outcomes
- Facilitating workshops, demos, and discovery sessions
- Making smart decisions around priorities, scope and trade‑offs
- Monitoring performance, adoption and product outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, security and governance standards
- Championing user‑centred design and accessibility best practice
- Driving continuous improvement, automation and standardisation
- Keeping a close eye on competitor activity and market changes
What You Bring
You’ll have:
- Product leadership experience in financial services, tech, software or similar
- Hands‑on experience driving product roadmaps
- Experience supporting bid/sales activity through solution design
- A background in digital products or technology platforms
- FCA‑regulated experience (desirable)
- Proven experience managing budgets and leading teams
You’re someone who:
