Are you a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At Target Group, we’re looking for a confident and discreet Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our ExCo team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly People Team where no two days are the same and where your contribution will make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building trusted relationships: Develop strong relationships across the business and work closely with the other PA and wider team to provide consistent support to the ExCo team.
- Keep ExCo aware of deadlines and activities while helping to enhance their profile with internal and external clients.
- Co-ordinating meetings and communication: Co-ordinate arrangements for a variety of meetings, internally and externally, including preparing materials and booking logistics as required.
- Act as a professional point of contact for external visitors to the company where required.
- Take a proactive approach to your own personal growth and development while contributing positively to the wider team.
- Managing logistics and priorities: Arrange travel and accommodation for the ExCo team using corporate rates where available and within budget, and complete expenses in line with policy.
- Proactively and efficiently manage complex diaries, deal with last-minute changes and maintain a clear understanding of ExCo whereabouts and priorities.
- Provide effective email management, respond to enquiries, attend meetings where required, produce minutes and oversee action updates in line with deadlines.
- Using judgement and discretion: Handle confidential information with discretion at all times and demonstrate role model behaviours across the business.
- Understand the strategy and priorities of the business so you can make informed decisions and provide the right support at the right time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant, including supporting multiple executives in a busy environment.
- A proactive, flexible and self-starting approach, with the ability to adapt to a variety of business needs.
- Excellent organisational skills, strong time management and the ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks with great attention to detail.
- A personable and professional style, resilience under pressure and confidence using Microsoft packages to deliver high-quality support.
