Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for CITB Trainers. The Trainers will deliver high-quality, industry-accredited training programs to construction professionals, ensuring course content aligns with CITB standards and meets the practical needs of the industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing participants

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in delivering CITB courses and other accredited construction safety programs
  • Proven teaching skills, course preparation, and the ability to create engaging presentations
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, especially construction-specific standards
  • Previous experience in construction health and safety training and a commitment to maintaining industry-relevant knowledge
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CITB instructor credentials, NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, are highly beneficial
