Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for CITB Trainers. The Trainers will deliver high-quality, industry-accredited training programs to construction professionals, ensuring course content aligns with CITB standards and meets the practical needs of the industry. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing training materials
- Delivering engaging sessions
- Assessing participants
- Maintaining accurate records
- Staying updated on construction health and safety regulations
- Providing guidance and fostering a positive learning environment to support training participants in reaching their goals
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in delivering CITB courses and other accredited construction safety programs
- Proven teaching skills, course preparation, and the ability to create engaging presentations
- Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, especially construction-specific standards
- Previous experience in construction health and safety training and a commitment to maintaining industry-relevant knowledge
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications, such as CITB instructor credentials, NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, are highly beneficial
- Passionate about promoting safe and effective workplace practices
