Our client a renowned and rapidly growing Fitout company with offices in Belfast and Dublin is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to join their expanding team. The Role

As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of commercial fitout projects, overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

This role would suit a time-served Joiner or Fitout Specialist with at least 2 years of experience managing people and site operations within the fitout or construction sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site activities and ensure efficient site operations

  • Supervise trades and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Maintain health & safety standards in line with company policies and legal requirements

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Report project progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly

Requirements

  • Proven background in joinery or fitout

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a site supervisory or management role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Full driving licence (essential)
