The Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who can hit the ground running, identify new opportunities, and forge lasting client relationships. Working directly alongside the Managing Director and in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you'll help shape and implement strategies to expand the company's footprint across both Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development across target markets
  • Develop and nurture client relationships within hospitality, retail, commercial, and leisure sectors
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute growth strategies
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and meetings
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity

  • Proven track record in Business Development or Sales, ideally within the fit-out, construction, or interiors sector
  • Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder

  • Willingness to travel as needed across Ireland and the UK
