At Target Professional Services, we're looking for a Relationship Team Executive to support both our valued clients and our growing business development activity. About the role

As a Relationship Team Executive, you'll be at the heart of our client experience, supporting day-to-day client interactions, assisting with onboarding, and helping to progress new business opportunities. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with our Client Relationship, Business Development, and Marketing teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Client Support
    • Represent the company in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via phone and email
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
    • Support Client Relationship team with administrative tasks
    • Collate and maintain member feedback per client for use in client meetings
  • Client Onboarding
    • Set up new clients in line with our Know Your Client (KYC) processes
    • Obtain account codes for new clients from Finance
  • New Business Support
    • Assist the business development team in managing and progressing prospects
    • Support on new prospect meetings via Teams or in person as requested
    • Provide timely follow-up on questions and requests from prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience
    • Work closely with the marketing team to explore and support the development of new business opportunities
  • Meeting Coordination
    • Book client/sales meetings, distribute agendas, write up minutes, and chase actions
    • Organise logistics for external meetings

What you'll get in return

  • Starting salary: £27,000
  • 36.15 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
  • Office-based in Selsey, West Sussex
  • Permanent contract
